INGREDIENTS
1 Cup course Rolled oats
1 Cup desiccated coconut
1 cup light spelt flour
1 tsp healthy baking powder
1/3 cup rapadura sugar
1/3 cup macadamia/sunflower/grapeseed/olive oil
2 Tablespoons golden syrup
4 Tablespoons water
METHOD:
1. Warm oven to 160 degrees Celsius
2. Mix dry ingredients
3. Add wet ingredients and mix well
4. Line two large baking trays with baking paper
5. Scoop out tablespoon amounts of mixture and press flat onto trays
6. Bake for 10-20 minutes or until golden brown
Cool and serve.
Keep in an air tight container
