Ingredients
2 medium size mangoes, peeled and seeded
1 large ripe banana
3/4 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 large passion fruit, pulp removed
1/4 cup soy yogurt (optional)
1/2 cup crushed ice
Method
Place mango, banana, pineapple juice, coconut milk, yogurt and ice in a blender. Blend on high speed until mixture becomes thick and creamy.
To Serve
Pour smoothie into a tall glass and garnish with passion fruit pulp.
